Before Your Appointment
- Avoid booking during your menstrual cycle or if unwell
- Exfoliate your lips 3–5 days before
- Apply a lip mask nightly for 1 week before
- Drink plenty of water to hydrate
- Stop retinol, AHAs/BHAs near the lips 1 week before
- Avoid lip fillers at least 4 weeks before
- Avoid alcohol 24 hours before
- If prone to cold sores, take antiviral medication
- Come without lip makeup
After Your Appointment
- Keep lips dry for 24 hours
- Apply healing ointment 3–5 times daily for 7 days
- Do not pick, peel or scratch
- Avoid sun, swimming, saunas for 14 days
- No makeup on lips until fully healed
- Avoid spicy, salty or acidic foods for 1 week
Booking Policies
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals — after which the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
