  1. Please come without eye makeup
  2. Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it can cause eye twitching
  3. Remove your contact lenses before your appointment
  4. Do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment
  5. Avoid getting a lash lift within 3 weeks before your appointment

Aftercare

After Your Appointment
  1. Do not get your lashes wet for the first 6 hours after your appointment
  2. Avoid oil-based products around the eye area
  3. Clean and brush your lashes daily
  4. Avoid rubbing, pulling or picking at your lashes
  5. Try to sleep on your back
  6. Avoid steam and heat
  7. Do not use mascara or an eyelash curler

3-Week Fills

Lash extensions last 6–8 weeks. We recommend coming in for a fill every 3 weeks to keep them looking full and fresh.

Oil-Free Products

Use oil-free cleansers and makeup removers to protect the adhesive bond and extend the life of your extensions.

Daily Brushing

Gently brush your lashes with a clean spoolie each morning to keep them neat, separated and looking their best.

Preparation

Before Your Appointment
  1. For best results, please avoid booking during your menstrual cycle or if you're feeling unwell — skin sensitivity can affect pigment retention. You're always welcome to reschedule!
  2. Gently exfoliate your lips 3–5 days before your appointment to remove dead skin
  3. Apply a lip mask every night for 1 week before your appointment to deeply hydrate
  4. Drink plenty of water to hydrate your lips from the inside out
  5. Stop using products containing retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or strong acids on or near the lips at least 1 week before your appointment

  • Avoid lip fillers at least 4 weeks before your appointment
  • Avoid alcohol at least 24 hours before your appointment to prevent excessive bleeding, bruising and poor pigment retention
  • If you are prone to cold sores, please take antiviral medication prior to your appointment
  • Please come without lip makeup on the day of your appointment
  • We recommend avoiding your appointment during your menstrual cycle as skin sensitivity may be heightened, which can affect your comfort and pigment retention

Aftercare

After Your Appointment
  1. Keep your lips dry for the first 24 hours after your appointment
  2. Apply the healing ointment 3–5 times a day for 7 days
  3. Do not pick, peel or scratch the treated area as this can affect pigment retention
  4. Avoid sun exposure, swimming, saunas, and intense exercise for at least 14 days
  5. Avoid makeup on the lips until fully healed
  6. Avoid spicy, salty or acidic foods for at least a week as they can irritate the lips

Touch-up Included

A complimentary touch-up session at 3 months is included, valid within 5 months of your initial appointment.

Healing Timeline

Over 7–14 days the colour will lighten and may look lighter than expected. It takes up to 3 months for the true colour to fully settle.

Long-Lasting Results

Lip blush typically lasts 2–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you care for it.
