Lash Extensions

How do lash extensions work?

Lash extensions are individual fibres or handmade fans bonded onto each of your natural lashes using a semi-permanent adhesive. Depending on the style, your lash artist will apply either fibre (classic) or a fan of multiple fibres (volume) per natural lash for a fuller effect.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

When applied by a trained artist, extensions cause zero damage. Each extension is carefully isolated and bonded to a single natural lash — never clumping or sticking to the surrounding lashes. This isolation is key to keeping your natural lashes healthy as they shed and regrow through their natural cycle. As long as you avoid rubbing or picking at them, you have nothing to worry about!

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions last through your natural lash cycle, typically 6–8 weeks. To keep them looking full and fresh, we recommend coming in for a fill every 3 weeks!

What if I have an allergic reaction?

Allergic reactions to lash glue are rare but can happen. If you experience any redness, swelling, or irritation, contact us right away, and we will remove your extensions as soon as possible. We recommend a patch test prior to your first appointment if you have a history of sensitive eyes or skin allergies.

Who is not suitable for lash extensions?

Lash extensions may not be suitable for everyone. We recommend avoiding lash extensions if you have an active eye infection, stye, or blepharitis, are currently undergoing chemotherapy, or have a known allergy to lash adhesive. If you are pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor first. Your health and safety always comes first!

Lip Blush

What is lip PMU?

Lip PMU is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that enhances the natural colour and shape of your lips. Using a fine needle, pigment is infused into the lips to create a soft, natural, effortless tint. It is also a great option for colour correction, helping to even out discolouration, hyperpigmentation, and uneven lip tone — giving you the perfect base for your natural lips, or a beautifully even canvas for lipstick.

How long does lip PMU last?

Lip blush typically lasts 2–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you care for it. A touch-up session is recommended 3 months after your initial appointment to perfect the results.

Does lip PMU hurt?

A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure to keep you as comfortable as possible. Most clients describe the sensation as a light scratching feeling. Discomfort levels vary from person to person, but most clients tolerate it very well!

What is the healing process like?

Your lips will go through a few stages during healing. Immediately after the procedure, your lips will appear darker and slightly swollen. Over the following 7–14 days, the colour will lighten and may look lighter than expected as your lips heal and peel. It takes up to 3 months for the true colour to fully settle. Follow your aftercare instructions during this time for the best results.

Who is NOT suitable for lip PMU?

Lip PMU may not be suitable if you are:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
  • Have active cold sores/herpes outbreaks (should be on antiviral medication before appointment)
  • Taking blood thinners (e.g. aspirin, warfarin)
  • Have severe allergies or sensitive skin
  • Have active skin conditions on or around the lips (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea)
  • Have had recent lip fillers (please wait at least 4 weeks)
  • Have had recent Botox injections near the lip area (please wait at least 4 weeks)
  • Have uncontrolled diabetes
  • Have autoimmune conditions
  • Are prone to keloid scarring
